Project OPEN August 23, 2019 meeting held at KSB Hospital. This meeting was the final HRSA Rural Communities Opioid Response (RCOR) – Planning grant for Lee and Ogle Counties and the beginning for a tri-county initiative by adding Whiteside County partners. This has been made possible by HRSA awarding Project OPEN a three year RCOR – Implementation grant.
